On termination of this Agreement the license granted to Choten to copy and distribute the Products will immediately cease except such supporting software, information and data which Choten will require to continue to support the Products beyond the date of expiration of termination - but Choten will be entitled to sell off its existing stock of the Products subject to Section 7.2 below.
