Specific Restrictions on Use of Licensed Materials Unauthorized Use. Licensee shall not knowingly permit anyone other than Authorized Users to use the Licensed Materials.
Restrictions on Use of the Service You agree to comply with Viasat’s Acceptable Use Policy, Data Allowance Policy, Bandwidth Usage Policy, Unlimited Data Policy and Email End User License Agreement applicable to your service located at xxx.xxxxx.xxx/xxxxx and xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx, all of which are incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement. Viasat reserves the right to immediately terminate the Service and this Agreement if you knowingly or otherwise engage in any prohibited activity. Xxxxx of License; Limitations The Engineer is granted a limited revocable non-exclusive license to use the registered TxDOT trademark logo (TxDOT Flying “T”) on any deliverables prepared under this contract that are the property of the State. The Engineer may not make any use of the registered TxDOT trademark logo on any other materials or documents unless it first submits that request in writing to the State and receives approval for the proposed use. The Engineer agrees that it shall not alter, modify, dilute, or otherwise misuse the registered TxDOT trademark logo or bring it into disrepute.
Limitations on Subsequent Registration Rights From and after the date of this Agreement, the Company shall not, without the prior written consent of Holders holding a majority of the Registrable Securities enter into any agreement with any holder or prospective holder of any securities of the Company giving such holder or prospective holder any registration rights the terms of which are pari passu with or senior to the registration rights granted to the Holders hereunder.

Distributor will order Software from SAP using and filling out completely such forms and minimum order requirements as SAP may prescribe from time to time and must comply with any then-current order process for the specific Software product. Where applicable, Distributor agrees to use the electronic means provided by SAP for placing orders.
