Nothing in this Section 6.2 is intended to limit or affect the City’s rights to disapprove any Site License pursuant to Section 2.1.2 (Limitations on License Areas), Section 6.1 (City Approval Required), Section 6.4.5 (City’s Right to Disapprove) or any other provision in this Master License that expressly reserves the City’s right to disapprove any Site License.
The following provisions shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement: Sections 2 (Limitations on License), 6 (Termination), 8 (Warranty Disclaimer), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Indemnity), 12 (Governing Law), and 14 (General).
Nothing in this Section 6.2 is intended to limit or affect the City’s rights to disapprove any Site License pursuant to Section 2.1.2 (Limitations on License Areas), Section 6.1 (City Approval Required), or any other provision in this Master License or Laws that allow the City to disapprove any Site License.
