Restrictions on Transfer of General Partner's Interest. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Article 6, the assignment or transfer of the General Partner's Interest shall at all times be subject to the same restrictions applicable to an assignment or transfer of Units set forth in Sections 7.2.1 and 7.2.2.
