Restrictions on Use of Equipment. From the time you provide listing details to RB Group or an inspection is performed by RB Group until the Equipment is removed from its location by or on behalf of Buyer following creation of a Binding Obligation, you may not operate, lease, rent, modify or alter the Equipment. In addition to any other rights and remedies that RB Group may have, a breach of this provision prior to the creation of a Binding Obligation for the Equipment may result in either of the following: (a) RB Group may remove the Equipment from the Marketplace and charge you a Removal Charge; or (b) RB Group may continue with the listing in which case if the Equipment was inspected previously by RB Group, you must have the Equipment re-inspected and pay RB Group a Re-Inspection Fee. If the Equipment was not inspected, you must supply updated Listing Details to RB Group and pay RB Group an additional Listing Fee. In the event of a breach of this provision is determined by RB Group in its reasonable discretion and the Equipment has been sold through the Marketplace, the transaction is subject to cancellation and you will be charged a Seller Default Fee in addition to reimbursement of transportation and other costs incurred by Xxxxx.
