Common use of Restrictions on Use of the Service Clause in Contracts

Restrictions on Use of the Service. Service Provider and WildBlue reserve the right to immediately suspend your Service and Service Provider may terminate this Agreement if you knowingly or otherwise engage in any prohibited activity or if you use the WildBlue Equipment or Service in a way which is contrary to any WildBlue or Service Provider policy or any policy of a WildBlue supplier. You must strictly adhere to any policy set forth by another service provider accessed through the Service. You agree to comply with WildBlue’s Acceptable Use and Fair Access Policies located at xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx/xxxx.xxx, both of which are incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement. You do not own, nor have any rights other than those expressly granted to you, to a particular IP address, even if you have ordered a static IP address.
