Restrictions on Use relating to Permitted Users. The number of Permitted Users accessing or operating a Licensed Product at any point in time may not exceed the number of Licenses in effect at such time for that particular Licensed Product. Only Permitted Users located in the Designated Country may access, operate and/or use the Licensed Products. Permitted Users who are not employees of Customer shall use the Licensed Products on Customer’s site only.
