Restrictions on Use – Unauthorized Uses. Vendor further agrees that it will not directly or indirectly disclose, display, frame, provide, transfer, co-brand, link or otherwise make available the Confidential Information to any person or entity, unless Vendor has received the prior written consent of XXXX to do so. Vendor agrees that at no time and under no circumstances will it reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software constituting part of the Confidential Information. Vendor agrees that it will not incorporate the Confidential Information into any other work or product unless approved in writing by XXXX.
