RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS OF EMPLOYEE. Employee acknowledges that the services rendered to the Company are special, unique, and of extraordinary character; that the market for the Company's services and products is worldwide; and that through the Internet, World Wide Web, and/or other media of electronic commerce, the Company regularly transacts business on a worldwide basis. In light of those factors, Employee acknowledges that the following covenants are reasonable and necessary for the protection of the Company's reasonable business interests.
