Resulting Base Salaries. 6. In each of the academic years 2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018-2019, the adjustments outlined in Clauses 2 to 5.1 of this Article shall result in new Base Salaries for the academic year, to be used as the base for future year salary adjustments.
