Common use of Results - (Source Code) Clause in Contracts

Results - (Source Code). Where a Party has Access Rights to Results Source Code which is Needed for Exploitation of [START OF OPTION] such Party’s own [END OF OPTION] Results, such Access Rights shall comprise a worldwide / EU/ EEA wide right to perform, to make or have made copies, to modify or have modified, to develop, to adapt Source Code for research, to create/market a product/process and to create/provide a service. Such rights on the Source Code, however, exclude the right to grant a sub-license to any third parties other than Affiliates. Such sub-licensing rights may, however, be negotiated between the Parties concerned.
