Common use of Retail Credits Clause in Contracts

Retail Credits. The Customer shall receive a monthly credit on its retail power bill in an amount equal to the lesser of: (1) the avoided cost of: (a) base fuel and fuel adjustment clause per MWh of renewable energy delivered and capacity credits; and
