Retail Establishments Clause Samples
The 'Retail Establishments' clause defines the requirements and conditions under which a business may operate retail locations as part of the agreement. It typically outlines the standards for the appearance, operation, and maintenance of these establishments, and may specify permitted locations, hours of operation, or compliance with branding guidelines. This clause ensures that all retail outlets maintain a consistent quality and image, protecting the brand and providing a uniform customer experience.
Retail Establishments. An employee may use a take home vehicle while in transit to and/or from or to and/or from extra duty employment for brief stops at a retail establishments of a nature that would not conflict with the expectations of the general public and the Chief for police officers operating a city vehicle such as cleaners, grocery store, convenience store and pharmacy.
Retail Establishments. You may not sell or promote Products through retail establishments. A retail establishment is any fixed location where the primary business is to sell products to the public. You may, however, sell Products and Sales Tools through service establishments. These service establishments must require a membership and/or appointment, and the services performed must be health and wellness related. Advertising in a service establishment is limited to Official MFA Materials, which may be displayed only in the private membership and/ or appointment area of the establishment. They may not be displayed in waiting rooms and similar, public areas, etc. No Sales Tools may be visible from the outside of the establishment. MFA Franchisees are authorized Service establishments operated by selected Distributors in India and these Franchisees will sell MFA products and Sales Tools by means of Direct marketing and to the existing MFA Distributors.
Retail Establishments. Juice Plus+ strongly encourages the promotion and sale of its products through consumer-to- consumer contact and through the company’s official e-commerce website. In an effort to reinforce this method of marketing and to help provide a standard of fairness IPs are not allowed to sell products through retail establishments. IPs, with the prior consent of the retail establishment, may place official company produced promotional materials within the establishment.
Retail Establishments. A Wellness Partner who works in or owns a retail establishment must operate his or her Wellness Partner business separate and apart from the retail establishment. No Wellness Partner shall permit products or literature offered through or by Aroga to be sold or displayed in retail establishments, including, but not limited to schools, fairs, kiosks, display booths, vending machines, unauthorized internet websites, military stores, or salons.
Retail Establishments. Except as described herein, an Ambassador may not sell Products or promote the business opportunity through Retail Establishments. The display of Independent Ambassador information within the premises of a Retail Establishment is acceptable if it complies with all the relevant advertising requirements of this Section and with the following:
1. The display may incorporate one of each Product per Retail Establishment, and/or several images of such Products, into a display for the sole purpose of advertising.
