Retail Units. 4.13 The Landlord agrees not to let or enter into an agreement for lease or permit any right of occupancy or permit any change of use of the Retail Units where the use is a Prohibited Use and to include within any lease or licence of a Retail Unit an express prohibition on a Prohibited Use.
