Common use of Retainable Deposits Clause in Contracts

Retainable Deposits. The Servicer shall be responsible for the payment of all amounts held from time to time in the Security Deposit Account not required to be transferred to the Collection Account in accordance with Section 3.08(b) to the Lessees or other Persons entitled thereto in accordance with the related Lease documentation. From time to time, upon written request of the Servicer, the Trustee shall release from the Security Deposit Account and from the Lien of this Indenture such amounts as the Servicer shall determine to be necessary for application as provided in the immediately preceding sentence.
