Retainage Disbursements. (a) The amount of each disbursement shall be subject to Retainage in accordance with the provisions of the General Construction Contract, which Retainage shall be ten percent (10%) of costs incurred under the General Construction Contract until the Project is fifty percent (50%) completed and five percent (5%) thereafter.
