Retained Samples of the Product. BVL agrees to store retained samples for all BVL composition used in the Product(s) in accordance with Applicable Law and BVL SOPs, which, as to the portions of such SOP that are Product-specific, shall be acceptable to Customer, which such acceptance shall not be unreasonably withheld. Final Product retains shall be the responsibility of Customer.
