Retake Possession. Landlord may re-enter and retake possession of the Leased Premises, without notice, either by summary proceedings or other applicable legal action. Landlord may use the Leased Premises for Landlord’s own purposes or relet it upon any reasonable terms without prejudice to any other remedies that Landlord may have by reason of Tenant’s default. None of these actions will be deemed an acceptance of surrender by Xxxxxx.
