Retaliatory action prohibited. 8.54.2.1 Subrecipient shall not discharge, reduce in compensation or otherwise discriminate against any employee for opposing any practice proscribed by this Minimum Wage Ordinance, for participating in proceedings related to this Minimum Wage Ordinance, for seeking to enforce his/her rights provided under this Minimum Wage Ordinance by any lawful means or for otherwise asserting his/her rights under this Minimum Wage Ordinance.
