Retention and Disposal of Shared Information. 12.1. The non-originating Party shall securely destroy or return the Relevant Information once the need to use it has passed or, if later, upon the termination of this Agreement, howsoever determined. Where Relevant Information is held electronically the Relevant Information will be deleted and formal notice of the deletion sent to the Party that shared the Relevant Information. Once paper information is no longer required, paper records will be securely destroyed or securely returned to the Party they came from.
