RETENTION AND INSPECTION OF RECORDS. Each Party shall make, and shall contractually require each subcontractor to make, all books, accounts, reports, files, and other records relating to the performance of this IGA open to inspection and audit at reasonable times during regular business hours. Each Party shall retain, and shall contractually require each subcontractor to retain, all books, accounts, reports, files, and other records relating to the performance of this IGA for a period of five (5) years after termination of this IGA.
