The Sub-Recipient will maintain or supervise the maintenance of records necessary for the proper and efficient operation of the program, including records and documents regarding applications, determination of eligibility (when applicable), the provision of services, administrative costs, and statistical, fiscal, and other information records necessary for reporting and accountability required by the State.
