Common use of Retention and Termination of the Collateral Manager Clause in Contracts

Retention and Termination of the Collateral Manager. The servicing, administering and collection of the Collateral Obligations shall be conducted by the Person designated as Collateral Manager from time to time in accordance with this Section 7.1. Subject to early termination due to the occurrence of a Collateral Manager Event of Default or as otherwise provided below in this Article VII, the Borrower hereby designates Owl Rock Diversified Advisors LLC, and Owl Rock Diversified Advisors LLC hereby agrees to serve, as Collateral Manager until the termination of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Collateral Manager is not a Lender Agent of the Agent, any Lender Agent, the Collateral Agent, the Collateral Custodian or any Lender.
