Retention by Seller (Environmental Claims). Seller agrees to retain, perform, pay, and fully discharge any Environmental Claims arising out of or related to any Environmental Defect existing prior to the Effective Time, provided that such Environmental Defect is disclosed by Buyer to Seller by written notice consistent with the requirements of Section 6(b)(i)-(iii) no later than one hundred eighty (180) days following the Closing Date.
