Retention, Loss. (a) Termination of employment by the instructor will terminate seniority within this Bargaining Unit with Lakehead District School Board. (b) Should an instructor refuse a third assignment, in accordance with clause 11.04 b) their employment will be terminated and they shall lose all seniority. (c) It is the instructor's obligation to keep Human Resources informed of a current address, telephone number and educational upgrades. Failure to do so may result in bypass of recall rights.
