Retention of Borrower’s Records. Bank shall have no obligation to maintain any electronic records or any documents, schedules, invoices, agings, or other papers delivered to Bank by Borrower or in connection with the Loan Documents for more than twelve months after receipt by Bank; provided, however, that Borrower shall not have any obligation to provide Bank with duplicate records and documents after the same have been destroyed by Bank.
