Retention of Confidential Information, Records and Audit. 22.1 You will retain any part of, or all, Confidential Information during the Term and following expiry or termination of this Agreement until all appeals processes are complete in the event of any litigation in connection with the Services. The Government will have full access to and the right to examine any documents connected to the Services, at any time during this period. The Government must be notified, in writing, prior to any of the aforementioned documents being destroyed.
