Common use of Retention of Personally Identifiable Information Clause in Contracts

Retention of Personally Identifiable Information. Contractor will not retain any Personally Identifiable Information for any period longer than necessary for Contractor to fulfill its obligations under this Contract. As soon as Contractor no longer needs to retain such Personally Identifiable Information in order to perform its duties under this Contract, Contractor will promptly return or destroy or erase all originals and copies of such Personally Identifiable Information as required by this Contract.
