RETENTION OF RECORDS/AUDIT. The Grantee shall retain and maintain all records and documents relating to this contract for three years after grant closure or three years after final payment by the State (MDE) hereunder or until Federal and State audit requirements have been met or any applicable statute of limitations, whichever is longer. MDE’s 319 Program Manager will provide notification of the grant closure date. The Grantee shall make such records and documents available for inspection and audit by authorized representatives of MDE, including MDE’s Procurement Officer or designees, at all reasonable times.
