Retention of Trust Professionals. The Liquidating Trustee may commit the Liquidating Trust to and shall pay such Trust Professionals reasonable compensation for services rendered and expenses incurred. A law firm or other professional shall not be disqualified from being employed by the Liquidating Trustee solely because of its current or prior retention as counsel or professional to the Debtors or the Committee in the Chapter 11 Cases.
