Common use of Retired Software Clause in Contracts

Retired Software. 14.1 Subject to clause 7.9 and paragraph 14.2 of this Schedule, from the date of retirement specified in the notice ("Retirement Date"), you can continue to use Retired Software under the terms of this Agreement, except: (a) clauses 0, 5.1, 5.4, 6.3 and 9.2 of this Agreement shall not apply in respect of any use of the Retired Software after the Retirement Date, (b) clause 5.3 shall be deemed to include a reference to the Retired Software, (c) clause 9.1 shall apply to the Retired Software except that the reference to clause 9.2 is deleted.
