Common use of Retiree Medical and Life Insurance Coverage Clause in Contracts

Retiree Medical and Life Insurance Coverage. Employees who retire under the University Retirement Plan for SSA Members (“Plan”), having attained age 55 with at least 10 years of continuous service after age 45 prior to retirement, as defined in the Plan, shall receive retiree medical and life insurance coverage in accordance with the University’s policy.
