RETIREMENT AND PENSION PLAN. 14:01 The Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (OMERS) will apply to all full time employees and eligible part timers who request enrolment excepting any person holding an Ontario Teaching Certificate who is a member of "The Teachers Pension Plan". The Board will match the employees contributions to OMERS as per the OMERS scale.
