Retirement Badge. Members who honorably retire from active duty shall receive a badge signifying their retired status. Members who retire, are reinstated and retire a second time, shall not be eligible to receive a second badge.
Retirement Badge. Members of the Union shall be eligible to obtain a “Retirement Badge” of a model and style consistent with that in use at the time of this agreement upon their Retirement from the Concord Police Department. Only those members who have left the Concord Police Department with a “Service Retirement” or a “Disability Retirement” (as defined by the New Hampshire Retirement System on the effective date of retirement) and are in good standing are eligible under this article. There shall be no cost in any way to the city under this article. For the purposes of this article, good standing shall be defined as having not engaged in any conduct that brings disrepute upon the Department and/or the City.
Retirement Badge. 1. The issuance and retention of a retirement badge is a privilege granted by the City of Glendale in recognition of service to its citizens and shall not be used for the purpose of personal gain.
2. The retirement badge shall display the word "Retired" plainly shown on such badge.
Retirement Badge. A member will, if requested, be provided with a “retirement badge” and the member’s helmet upon the member’s retirement from active service with the Township, or in the event of a member’s death, upon request from the member’s immediate family, at no cost to the member.
Retirement Badge. Retired Officers including those receiving a disability pension or an early retirement, but not a resignation, involuntary termination, death, non-service-connected disability or vested deferred pension shall receive their badge worn as an active Officer, or the Officer’s last held appropriate rank, with a retirement “rocker arm” attached, at the Township’s expense, unless there are extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the Superintendent of Police in consultation with the Township Manager. Replacement cost for the retired badge will be paid by the F.O.P.
Retirement Badge. Within a reasonable period of time of an Officer’s retirement from the Roselle Police Department, the Village of Xxxxxxx agrees that the Chief or his designee will provide to eligible retiring officers a retirement badge and identification card designating the officer as retired. To be eligible the officer must have served for at least twenty (20) years and be in good standing with no disciplinary issues being processed at the time of retirement.
Retirement Badge. As a token of their years of faithful service, all retiring employees covered by this Agreement shall be presented with an official Retirement Badge, paid for by the Employer, upon their retirement.
Retirement Badge. Any officer who elects to retire from employment with the City and accepts retirement under LAGERS, will be issued, upon request, a retirement badge by the City, provided further that the employee was in good standing with the Department and was not the subject of any open and pending internal affairs investigation by the City at the time of retirement.
Retirement Badge. When an operational employee retires from the USMS, he/she will receive a replica of the badge, identification and retirement credential which is similar to the one that was carried by him/her.
Retirement Badge. 25.01 Officers who retire after twenty-five (25) years of service or at the Chief’s discretion shall receive a “Retirement Badge” and be allowed to purchase their duty weapon for one dollar ($1.00).
