Retirement Plans and Tax Sheltered Annuities. Retirement plans include the Florida Retirement System (“FRS”) Pension Plan and the FRS Investment Plan. Faculty also have the option to contribute on a voluntary basis to tax-sheltered annuity plans that are approved by the College.
