Common use of Retirement Plans and Tax Sheltered Annuities Clause in Contracts

Retirement Plans and Tax Sheltered Annuities. As employees of the College, Faculty members may participate in either the Florida Retirement System Pension Plan, or its Investment Plan. Faculty may also participate in the Community College Optional Retirement Plan in lieu of membership in the Florida Retirement System. Faculty also have the option to contribute on a voluntary basis to a 457b and/or a XXXX 403b deferred compensation options.
