After RPS has received instructions from the Administrator regarding distributions to be made to Participants or their designated beneficiaries from Funds designated as investment PAGE 7 options under the Retirement Plan, RPS will, as a responsibility under the Agreement: a. Compute the amount due for shares to be redeemed from each Retirement Account or compute the number of shares to be redeemed from each such Retirement Account for such distributions and the total number of all shares of each Fund to be redeemed in accordance with the price per share at that time and date of such Fund as calculated and provided by the Fund. After such computation, inform the Fund of the amount necessary to be redeemed. Distribute to Participants or their designated beneficiaries the amount to be disbursed.
