Common use of RETIREMENT WITHOUT PENSION Clause in Contracts

RETIREMENT WITHOUT PENSION. 16.01 Any regular employee who at age 70 is retired by the Company without a pension will be given a termination allowance of one (1) week’s pay for each year of net credited service or fraction there of up to five years and two (2) weeks’ pay for each year of net credited service or fraction thereof from five years up to ten years.
