RETREAT FUND. 6.15.1 Companies that carry out saturation diving on the Norwegian Shelf shall pay a sum per saturation day into Forbundet Styrke's retreat fund for saturation divers. The sum is calculated as follows: Wage Group E - 0 years in Part III of the Agreement divided by 12. One percent of this sum shall be paid in per saturation day. 6.15.2 No later than 1 July of each year, the company shall send Forbundet Styrke a list of employees who are "non-members of Forbundet Styrke", who are covered by the scheme, indicating the employees' names and how many saturation days the person has had during the past year.

The sum is calculated as follows: Wage group E – 0 years in Section III of the Agreement divided by 12. One percent of this sum shall be paid per saturation day. 6.15.2 Payments shall be made quarterly on the basis of the previous quarter. 6.15.3 No later than 1 July of each year, the company shall send NOPEF a list of employees who are ”non-members of NOPEF”, who are covered by the scheme, indicating the employees’ names and how many saturation days the person has had during the past year. 6.15.4 If there are no relevant applications to the Fund, or if the parties should so agree for other reasons, the retreat fund scheme shall be wound up.
