Retroactive Effectiveness. Buyer and Guarantor hereby intend and agree that the amendments to the Guarantee set forth in Section 1 of this Amendment shall be effective as of November 3, 2016, and at all times thereafter, with the same force and effect as if this Amendment had been executed on that date.
Retroactive Effectiveness. Employee agrees that Sections 3.1 through 3.4 hereof are effective retroactive to his first day of employment with Azur.
Retroactive Effectiveness. This Agreement shall be effective retroactive to May 1, 2016, and shall be binding upon any funds advanced by CMH since that date as provided in this Agreement.
Retroactive Effectiveness. This Letter shall be effective retroactive to August 1, 2017 (“Effective Date”), and shall be binding upon all signatories stated in this Letter.
Retroactive Effectiveness. This Amendment shall be effective as of December 31st, 2022 and at all times thereafter, with the same force and effect as if this Amendment had been executed on that date.
Retroactive Effectiveness. Employee agrees that Sections 3.1 through 3.4 hereof are effective retroactive to his first day of employment with EUSA, provided that, if there is conflict between the terms of Sections 3.1 through 3.4 and the terms contained in Employee’s fully executed agreement with EUSA (entered into prior to the date this Agreement is signed) covering these same subjects, then the contrary terms of Employee’s previous agreement shall govern for the time period prior to the Closing Date.
Retroactive Effectiveness. The parties hereto hereby agree that upon the Agreement Effective Date, this Amended Agreement shall be retroactively effective to July 3, 2006.
