Retroactive Termination. AvMed will provide the Subscribing Group with notice of cancellation prior to the 45th day after the Premium due-date. Such notice will be mailed to the Subscribing Group’s last address provided to AvMed, and may provide for retroactive cancellation back to 12:00 a.m. (midnight) on the date the Premium was due.
