Retrofit Disbursement Account Sample Clauses

Retrofit Disbursement Account. When the owner is receiving both a GRP loan (“GRP Loan”) and a GRP grant (“GRP Grant”), if deemed necessary by HUD to establish a separate account to receive the GRP Grant Funds, the RA will assist the Owner in establishing an additional Retrofit Disbursement Account in accordance with subsection A above. In such case, two Retrofit Disbursement Accounts will be established for the Transaction. The first will be referred to as the “GRP Loan Retrofit Disbursement Account,” and will receive funds from all sources other than the GRP Grant award.
