RETURN AND/OR DESTRUCTION OF INFORMATION AND/OR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. 1.1 Each Party undertakes to within 14 (Fourteen) days of termination of the Agreement or as soon as reasonably thereafter, to securely return the information and/or Intellectual Property belonging to the other Party, and/or upon the written request of the other Party destroy, uninstall and/or remove all copies of the in its possession and/or control and shall notify the other Party that the same has been completed.
