RETURN AND REPOSSESSION. Lessor may in writing demand the prompt return, and the Lessee hereby agrees that it shall return promptly, the Aircraft to the Lessor in the manner and condition required by, and otherwise in accordance with all the provisions of, Section 6 as if the Aircraft were being returned at the end of the Term, or the Lessor or the Lessor's agent, at its option, may, but shall be under no obligation to, enter upon the premises where all or any part of the Airframe or any Engine or Appliance is located and take immediate possession of and remove the same by summary proceedings or otherwise, all without liability accruing to the Lessor or the Lessor's agent for or by reason of such entry or taking of possession or removal whether for the restoration of damage to property caused by such action or otherwise.
