Return Following DSLP a) The teacher will be required to return to the employ of the Board for at least a period that is not less than the period of the teacher's leave of absence, after completion of the plan, unless the plan is cancelled prior to the year of leave. b) Upon the conclusion of the DSLP, the teacher will have the right to be returned to the teacher's former school subject to the procedures in Articles 29 and 30.
