Common use of Return Material Authorization Clause in Contracts

Return Material Authorization. DataVox has a Return Material Authorization policy that explains product returns. Approval to return defective and non‐ defective products is at the sole discretion of DataVox. Products that are defective or dead on arrival (DOA) will be repaired, replaced, or credited according to the manufacturer’s warranty. Products that are non‐defective that are unopened and unused and can be resold as new may be returned subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee. Any custom ordered product cannot be returned.
