Return of Bank’s Property and Materials. Upon termination of employment with the Bank, Bancorp and Executive shall deliver to the Bank and Bancorp all Bank and Bancorp property and materials that are in Executive's possession or control, including all of the information described as Confidential Information in Paragraph 9 of this Agreement and including all other information relating to any inventions, discoveries, improvements, trade secrets, formulae, processes, know-how, original works of authorship, or mask works of the Bank or Bancorp.
