Return of Capital Contributions; Interest. No Member will have the right to the return of such Member’s Capital Contribution, except as expressly provided in this Agreement. No Member will have the right to withdraw all or any part of such Member’s Ownership Interest in the Company, to receive a return of interest on his or her Capital Contributions or the balance in his or her Capital Account, or to receive any distributions or payments from the Company, except as expressly provided in this Agreement.
