Common use of Return of Certificates Clause in Contracts

Return of Certificates. As promptly as practicable after the applicable Closing Date, the Holder shall return to the Company the certificate evidencing (i) the Dilution Warrant (or a lost warrant affidavit in form and substance satisfactory to the Company), which shall automatically be deemed cancelled and null and void upon the consummation of the Closing; and (ii) solely if the Cash Warrant is exercised in full pursuant to the Notice of Exercise, the Cash Warrant.
