RETURN OF CLIENT SYSTEMS AND MATERIALS. As soon as reasonably practicable following the termination or expiry of this Agreement, Exult Supplier shall return to the Client all Client Systems, Materials and Client Information subject to the Exult Supplier having the right to retain a copy of such Client Systems, Materials and Client Information for compliance with applicable laws, professional standards or quality assurance purposes.
